Standard navigation apps (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze) frequently misroute guests and delivery drivers across the lake to private residences on the opposite shore, or into a dead-end residential neighborhood behind our barn.
The Verified Access Rule:
Lewis Drive CANNOT be entered from any side street other than Anders Lane. From Anders Lane (located between Hwy 96 and Hwy 518), turn onto Lewis Drive and follow it straight to the dead end until you reach our black wrought iron gate.

- 1 Take Exit 22 toward League City Parkway / Hwy 96.

Turn onto Hwy 96:
• Traveling South on I-45: Turn left at the light (under the I-45 overpass).
• Traveling North on I-45: Turn right at the light (Toyota dealership on corner). - 3 Travel approximately 5 miles on Hwy 96 toward Kemah (stay in the left lane after passing Lawrence Rd).
- 4 Turn left onto Anders Lane at the MarBella traffic light.
- 5 Continue to Lewis Drive (2nd street) and turn left.
- 6 Continue straight to the end of the street until you reach our black wrought iron gate & entrance.
Traveling North on Hwy 146
From Texas City, Galveston & South Bay

- 1 Traveling North on Hwy 146, take a left onto Hwy 96 (League City Parkway).
- 2 Turn right onto Anders Lane at the MarBella traffic light.
- 3 Continue to Lewis Drive (2nd street) and turn left.
- 4 Go to the end of the street until you reach our black wrought iron gate & entrance.
Traveling South on Hwy 146
From Baytown, La Porte & Kemah Bridge

- 1 Cross over the Kemah Bridge on Hwy 146 to Hwy 518 (Deke Slayton Hwy) at the 3rd traffic light.
- 2 Turn right on Hwy 518 (Walmart on left, Walgreens on right).
- 3 Pass the Kemah Oaks subdivision at the next traffic light.
- 4 Travel to Anders Lane (next intersection) — stay in left lane and turn left onto Anders Lane.
- 5 Turn right onto Lewis Drive (3rd street).
- 6 Continue straight to the end of the street until you reach our black wrought iron gate & entrance.
